    Oysters are celebratory: people don’t buy them on a bad day. We love farming oysters because we love sharing the joy of eating them. When all is said and done, the little critters are magical and mysterious, even to people who work with them every day. Knowing where they go, and that they’re appreciated, is as important to us as knowing where they come from is to our customers.

    The supply chain works both ways: you give us immediate feedback, we get you the freshest product possible, your customers get a better experience. Sometimes it makes sense for chefs to buy direct from us; sometimes it’s more efficient to sell via a distributor.
