Olympia Oysters (1 dozen)

Sample the only native oyster to the west coast! These oysters are tiny but mighty... they have delicate shells and a very small stature but a robust, coppery metallic flavor. We grow them from seed and harvest from our farm on the northern Olympic Peninsula.

Note that this is an add-on only... it won't be shipped out by itself. Because it requires refrigeration, it needs to go in a box with oysters and clams.

Update 2/13/23 - We will only have these oysters available to ship this week, so we'll refund your order if you add them to a box that's shipping a different week.
