Stinging Nettle Butter (6 oz)
When the world gives you stinging nettles... you eat them! This nettle butter would be yummy in many different applications, including spread directly onto bread, but we prefer to use it to steam clams. Just add a dollup or two to the clam pot during steaming.
Ingredients: stinging nettles, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, roasted garlic (canola oil, olive oil, garlic), dried tarragon, kosher salt, unsalted butter.
Note that this is an add-on only... it won't be shipped out by itself. Because it requires refrigeration, it needs to go in a box with oysters and clams.
