Try the only native oyster to the west coast!
These oysters are tiny but mighty... they have delicate shells and a very small stature but a robust, coppery metallic flavor. We grow them from seed and harvest from our farm on the northern Olympic Peninsula.
This is for a 3 dozen bag of Olympia Oysters, which measure about the size of a half dollar.
Remember that consuming raw shellfish increases the risk of foodborne illness.
