Washington's most famous, or at least most Washington, cheese: Cougar Gold, an aged white cheddar made by students in the Washington State University Creamery. Sealed in its iconic tin, it will keep indefinitely under refrigeration. If you know, you know!

Note that this is an add-on only... it won't be shipped out by itself. Because it requires refrigeration, it needs to go in a box with oysters and clams.
