Refund policy
Cancellations:
You can cancel an order as late as 8 AM the day it's supposed to ship. Please give us 24 hours notice to modify an order.
Refunds:
If your order gets lost, damaged, destroyed, delivered later than two days from your desired delivery date, or mispicked, we may either refund your money, reship the product, or give you a discount on your next order, depending on your preferences, who made the mistake, and whether it was a complete or partial loss.
We reserve the right to conduct an investigation into claims that are potentially fraudulent. Please do not discard any packaging until you are completely satisfied with the product. On occasion, we may request that you provide pictures to better understand and resolve the issue.
For quality and assurance purposes, concerns regarding lost/stolen/damaged packages or product quality concerns must be reported within 48-72 hours of receiving product. This allows us to remedy the issue in a timely manner. Complaints received outside this window may not qualify for a refund and may be subject to store credit.
Returns:
All perishable product is final sale. No returns/exchanges will be accepted.
We have a 30 day guarantee on all our non-perishable product. If the product is found to be defective, returns or exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the ship date.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or need a new size, you can return non-perishable items (such as knives or shirts) in original packaging within 14 days of the shipping date for a full refund excluding shipping costs. You pay return shipping. You can also exchange a non-perishable item in NEW condition within 14 days of the ship date. Please pay for return postage and let us know what size you'd like.
