Buy oysters in the shell to eat raw or to grill, and choose shucked oysters for dishes like casseroles, soups, or stews. If you're looking for oysters larger than 3", check out our grillers. Manila and Savory clams are available to round out the feast. We ship shellfish everywhere in the lower 48!
We also have a shellfish CSA called "Oysters & Friends" - it is a 6 month subscription that allows you to try many different types of shellfish along with a few seasonal "friends" - even if the subscription is sold out, you can often find a "Single Box" on this page - try one and see what you think!
