2026 Oyster Rama - Shuckathalon Team Entry - Sunday 4/19

Fifteen years in, and this is STILL the world's only intertidal oyster sports competition. Winners become instant World Champions. 

The 2026 Oyster Rama Shuckathalon takes place on Sunday April 19th. The entrance fee includes 5 tickets to the Oyster Rama on Sunday. At least three of your folks need to participate in the Shuckathlon.

This race isn't just about speed - finesse matters!

• This is a relay race that involves picking, digging, and shucking. 
• This purchase includes event entry to the Rama on Sunday 4/19 for up to 5 people. 
• Each team must choose a name, and will be paired with a coach.
• This is a physical event that involves running over uneven surfaces, bending, digging, using oyster knives, and lifting a bushel basket of oysters. 
• Teams should be sure to wear knee boots and bring gardening-type gloves.
• The race takes place Sunday 4/19 at 1 pm.
• You must attend the safety meeting at 12:30 pm on 4/19 in order to compete. 
• Race at your own risk.

Shuckathalon team entry is non-refundable, and proceeds benefit the Hood Canal Education Foundation.
