Spiva Cooking was founded by the Spiva Family (Sam and Heather) when 2020 threw one of its many curveballs their way. With an extensive culinary background, they combine carefully-sourced, freshly ground spices into delicious, creative blends. They're located a stone's throw away from us in nearby Bremerton, WA.
Their Seafood Seasoning is a great small business replacement for that well known (and loved) yellow can in your spice cabinet. Perfect in a seafood boil, mixed into fried oyster breading, or seasoning for fish - we don't think any northwest pantry is complete without it.
Ingredients: Kosher Salt, mustard seed, paprika, bay leaf, black pepper ground ginger, white pepper, nutmeg, cayenne pepper, cloves, cardamom, allspice.
