If you're looking to order oysters online and aren't sure exactly what kind to buy, we recommend this sampler. It's a raw bar in a box, offering a selection of our finest and freshest oysters. Exact varieties will change with the season. Choose between the 3 dozen option, or opt for 9 dozen and feed a crowd!
Shucking instructions included. Shucking knife highly recommended.

What an amazing world we live in to get the freshest oysters delivered right to your door! Highly recommend if you can’t make it to the saloon (but you should also do that!)
I ordered the 3 dozen variety and it was delivered exactly when asked for despite the location being the southern most part of Illinois. We loved the freshness of the oysters and being able to talk about the difference in each. My only recommendation is the inclusion of an oyster shucking knife as it didn’t occur to me that my parents might not have one (paring knife works, but a proper utensil would have been better) and would be a nice touch.
We loved the farm sampler we received! It was so fun to enjoy the oysters with our friends at our seafood feed!

Having the pre-scheduling was fantastic. The oysters arrived on time for our anniversary dinner, and were extremely fresh and delicious! We even kept one of the more colorful shells as a memento. We loved the variety of the sampler pack.
