If you're looking to order oysters online and aren't sure exactly what kind to buy, we recommend this sampler.  It's a raw bar in a box, offering a selection of our finest and freshest oysters. Exact varieties will change with the season. Choose between the 3 dozen option, or opt for 9 dozen and feed a crowd!   

Shucking instructions included. Shucking knife highly recommended.

Always a treat

Getting three different oysters to taste is always fun. All three were great and we really enjoyed them. Not really a favorite, but all were different. You generally get Hamma Hamma's and blue pools and then one other. We have done this a number of times and will continue.
