This is a one time shipment of a collection of oysters, clams and friends!
Our team curates this box monthly to give you a taste of the best things we've got going. Each box will feature shellfish plus 2 - 4 "friends" ... think: homemade goodies from our kitchen, foraged treats from the forest, and highly seasonal tasty stuff that is too limited to offer in our regular store.
This box will ship on the date that you select. Due to the special and foraged nature of the Friends, we aren't flexible on dates!

The clams were the star of the box, perfect steamed with butter and garlic.
The oysters were good, but at the edge of spawn. Better grilled than raw because of all the barnacles and tough to shuck shell
Combined the shellfish, saute'd morel and sea beans in a light garlic cream sauce and had an amazing dinner!
I was keeping an eye out to see if this year’s June oyster and friends would include sea beans again! Super excited to purchase the box and invite my neighbors over to have oysters around the fire pit. The boxes are always a treat!

Thanks to your great customer service I was able to snag the last box! And it was incredible. It was so fun to prepare different foods we had never tried before. My first time cooking with clams and morels. The sea beans were also super cool. Would love to purchase this again.
The box was full of delicious clams, oysters and a few things I'd never cooked before. SeaBeans and Morels turned out great also!
