Description

One of the things that makes our company special is that we farm on both sides of the tideline... working in the forest and on the tideflats. Our house-made mignonettes are inspired by our desire to honor the connection between uplands and lowlands.

These are 2 oz bottles of mignonette. They're delicious on oysters (just a drop or two!) and can be used as a dressing or marinade.

Rose Petal Mignonette: vibrant, floral and tart, made with a mix of commercially purchased petals and Nootka rose petals we pick in the uplands. Contains ride wine vinegar, red wine vinegar, water, rose petal, shallot, sugar and lemon.

Douglas Fir Mignonette: made of the new growth of Douglas fir trees, woodsy and savory, with a hint of citrus. Contains white wine vinegar, water, Douglas fir needles (psuedotsuga menziesii), thyme, granulated sugar.
