Salish Sea is a saffron-infused broth, perfect for paella – or use it to steam clams or mussels.
Two (2) 16-ounce jars.
Ingredients: Halibut stock (Lummi Island wild halibut bones, onions, tomatoes, celery, carrots, lemongrass, ginger root, Kaffir lime leaf), lemon juice, cider vinegar, sea salt, saffron. Contains halibut.
Note that this is an add-on only and will ship frozen... it won't be shipped out by itself. Because it requires refrigeration, it needs to go in a box with oysters and clams.
