10 dozen bags ship for free anywhere in the continental United States! Choose your delivery date below and don't forget the gloves and knife!
If you are ordering for a special event or party, please pick a delivery date at least one day before your event. Our oysters are shipped fresh out of the water and will not start to decline in quality for about 5 days in proper storage, for tips on storing your oysters look at our FAQ.
Our 10 dozen bags are either beach grown Hama Hama, Summerstone or tumbled Blue Pool, choose from the drop down menu above. If you're looking for a bit of diversity in your oyster selection, try the Farm Sampler
- Shucking instructions will be included in your box.
- You'll need a shucking knife, gloves, and a towel
- Please plan on being home the day they get delivered, or having someone available to receive the box.
- Unpack the box when it arrives and put the shellfish into your refrigerator or cooler with ice. Find storage instructions here.
- There will be a temperature tracker in your box to reassure you they were kept cold during transit. If you have any questions please email us at info@hamahamaoysters.com
- The oysters will come straight from the salt water. We rinse them a few times, but they may have some sand on them, or small crustaceans called sand hoppers. Just rinse them in cold fresh water prior to shucking.

Bought these for a big New Years party after our friend had recommended buying these oysters and shipping to rural area in the Rocky Mts. Was worried that shipping might be delayed with potential weather so I opted for the earlier data provided. The oysters showed up exactly on time, and kept in the fridge for 4 days without more than 5 or so oysters being spoiled (impressive). Everyone was gushing about the quality, pointing out the taste and the freshness of the oysters. Will absolutely order from this company again. These were the perfect NYE appetizer for a party!
Ordered just before Christmas and accidentally used my business address. The problem was quickly corrected and the order made it for Christmas eve. Excellent shipping and delicious. Loved the deep cup Hama Hama
Arrived Thursday. I have pictures the box was soaked. Shucked 4 plus dozen for guest very good. As with past orders covered the rest in damp towels and refrigerated. Next day friday some we open. Did use. Fried oysters and raw Friday. Saturday more already open. Kept exactly as I have in past. Never had open one before. threw those out. Friday oysters Saturday all closed. Nancy and I developed bad food posioning Sunday. She only one end me both at same time. No guest got sick from the day they arrived. Did not eat other food that could have caused it. I did check the tag in the soaked box the dot was green.
