Description: A tumbled Pacific from our Skunk Island Farm, Summer Blues offer the best of both worlds: cold water for longer seasonality, but lots of time underwater so they stay nice and plump. They have the deep cups and crunch texture you'd expect of a tumbled oyster, with the crisp, ocean flavors of the northern Olympic Peninsula. Limited quantities available, usually just in the summer months.
