Shucked Oysters - Half Gallon
Let us do the work for you! This is a half gallon container of pre-shucked oysters.
During the summer, these oysters are only for cooking. (If you're planning on eating oysters raw, we highly recommend buying live oysters and shucking them yourself).
If you can't eat all these oysters at once, we recommend freezing them in ziplock bags for up to 3 months. Our preferred preparation is fried... here's the recipe with our pro tips, and you can buy the breading, tartar, and hot sauce as an add-on.
Counts per half gallon are as follows:
- Yearling: 128 to 144
- Extra Small: 72 to 90
- Small: 48 to 60
- Medium: 32 to 44
