Hove Cove Oysters
Hove Cove is a peaceful little inlet just off Pickering Passage, where some of the swiftest currents in the South Sound move a river of algae (oyster ambrosia) with every changing tide. We use a bag-on-beach culture method in Hove Cove to achieve the smooth deep cups of tumbled oysters while maintaining their colorful, beach grown character. These are classic “well-fed” South Sound oysters: full-flavored, sweet and complex.
These are extra small Hove Cove with a shell length of 2.75" +/- .25." Please call to place an order for the larger sizes.
You can specify desired delivery date when you put the item in your cart. Please read our order guidelines for more info.
Remember that consuming raw oysters increases the chance of foodborne illness.
