Want an impressive meal with minimal effort? Dice this up, sauté it in a little olive oil (maybe with some garlic or a pinch of fennel seeds, if you're feeling it). Add a 5-pound bag of Manila Clams or Purple Savory Clams, plus a splash of wine and a cup of broth. Cover and cook on high heat until the clams are done. That's it! You win!
