10 dozen bags ship for free anywhere in the continental United States! Choose your delivery date below and don't forget the gloves and knife!
If you are ordering for a special event or party, please pick a delivery date at least one day before your event. Our oysters are shipped fresh out of the water and will not start to decline in quality for about 5 days in proper storage, for tips on storing your oysters look at our FAQ.
Our 10 dozen bags are either beach grown Hama Hama, Summerstone or tumbled Blue Pool, choose from the drop down menu above. If you're looking for a bit of diversity in your oyster selection, try the Farm Sampler
- Shucking instructions will be included in your box.
- You'll need a shucking knife, gloves, and a towel
- Please plan on being home the day they get delivered, or having someone available to receive the box.
- Unpack the box when it arrives and put the shellfish into your refrigerator or cooler with ice. Find storage instructions here.
- There will be a temperature tracker in your box to reassure you they were kept cold during transit. If you have any questions please email us at info@hamahamaoysters.com
- The oysters will come straight from the salt water. We rinse them a few times, but they may have some sand on them, or small crustaceans called sand hoppers. Just rinse them in cold fresh water prior to shucking.

Got the 120 Hama Hama's last year and this time got the variety pack. Both times were fantastic, delicious and fresh. Packed and shipped very well - went all the way from Washington State to the East Coast where I live.
I live in Orland California and for the first time I ordered manila clams from Hama Hammer and were they delicious. We just had a simple steam with herbs, white wine, butter, and clam juice. They were delicious, tender, and very few culls. I will certainly get them again in the future .

Usually, oysters are not the best quality during the hotter months. Hama was able to send us decent ones for an event. We were very pleased with the quality. Hama suggested the Seasonal Variety so they could pick the best ones available, and it worked out great.
Hama Hama Oyster Company was outstanding in every part of my experience. The order was easy to place online, the oysters arrived in an amazingly well packed box that kept the oysters cold and was incredibly easy to recycle the environmentally friendly packaging, and most importantly the oysters were fresh and delicious. I will be ordering from Hama Hama again!!
We ordered 10 dozen Summerstone oysters for the 4th of July. Best decision ever! They arrived promptly on the 3rd in mint condition, even in the midst of a heatwave. We enjoyed about two-thirds of them the on the 4th and the remainder on the 6th (after careful storage in the fridge). The second round was every bit as delicious as the first.
Summerstones have beautiful, fluted shells that might be a bit more challenging for novice shuckers, but the taste is absolutely divine. They’re a lovely size that was approachable to everyone at our gathering. I was super impressed with the overall quality, not that I would expect any less from Hama Hama! Out of the whole batch, I think we had only one or two that looked or smelled a bit suspect and needed to be tossed out.
