Manila Clams
These sweet and buttery manila steamers are harvested by hand from our home farm in Lilliwaup. They're exquisitely easy to cook, very delicious, and are packed with protein, iron, B12, and omega-3 fatty acids. Long story short: eating a healthy meal has never been easier or tastier.
Clams keep well in refrigeration, so you can get several meals out of a single order. They're incredibly versatile to cook with: steam them with garlic and white wine, add them to pasta, or steam them open and toss onto pizza.
