Oyster Fry Kit

In our humble opinion, this package includes the fixings for the most delicious fried oysters in the world. Simply follow this recipe to oyster bliss.

Included in this package: 1/2 gallon of medium oysters (bigger than what you're used to eating raw, but perfect for frying!), our very own Halls Breading made on site in the Saloon kitchen, and a jar of Splat Jalaheim hot sauce mignonette for a topping with an extra kick.

Serves ~8 people (that's about 5 oysters per person - we won't judge if you eat more). Or, fry some now and freeze some for later!

As of 2023 we are only shipping shucked oysters pre-frozen. They will defrost slightly during transport and should be put in your refrigerator to thaw right away, and used within 1 week of arrival. 

Remember that consuming raw or undercooked shellfish increases the risk of foodborne illness.
