Seattle Farmers Markets
Seattle is an anomaly: it's a big, cosmopolitan city that still has productive, healthy shellfish beds right outside of town. In our minds, a great way to celebrate this abundance is by taking it to the streets. Each week at two farmers markets we sell the best stuff our farm has to offer. Come on down to pick up the freshest shellfish in the city and talk about watersheds, foodsheds, shucking technique, or your grandma’s favorite recipe.
On Saturdays, we’re in the University District, and on Sundays we sell at the Ballard Farmers Market. Frequently on Sundays we do a pop-up restaurant, serving grilled or fried oysters.
