A savory tomato-fennel broth made from Hood Canal spot prawn shells. Each pint can steam 1 to 3 pound of clams, depending on whether you're using it as a steaming liquid or a soup.
Fragrant and delicious, this coconut-curry halibut broth makes for an incredibly easy and delicious dinner. You can use it to steam clams or simply pour the hot broth over kale, noodles, and vegetables for a healthy, delicious meal.
Note that this is an add-on only... it won't be shipped out by itself. Because it requires refrigeration, it needs to go in a box with oysters and clams.
