We're Hiring! Administrative Assistant


Hama Hama is looking for an administrative assistant to support a variety of admin and clerical tasks.  This position requires excellent organization, attention to detail, and discretion. Must maintain a high degree of professionalism and deliver excellent customer service to employees, customers, and vendors while maintaining flexibility in a fast-paced office setting.


  • Good written and verbal communication in english,  with good humor and a positive attitude. Ability to correspond professionally via email. Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Computer Skills: Experience in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office/Google Apps, or similar applications; OR a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new skills, programs, and technology. Must be comfortable using spreadsheets to organize, communicate, and receive information.

Compensation commensurate with experience. Expected 3 days per week, potential for more hours for the right person  Specific schedule negotiable and can be somewhat flexible.
