Blue Pool Oysters
Description
Tumbling gives Blue Pools deep cups and smoother shells for easier shucking and better presentation. It also changes their flavor and seasonality. Raw Blue Pool oysters tend to have more body than our beach grown varieties, with a finish leaning towards the earthy sweetness of a carrot, rather than a cucumber.
Both Blue Pools and Hama Hamas are grown on our home farm in Lilliwaup... sample them together to see how growing method influences an oyster's shape and flavor profile.

Blue Pools are the best oysters I have ever had, I have had oysters around the world and hands down Bluepools are the best! As is the customer service both on line and in person. I LOVE the peeps there. Banjo Rama Hama Hama! Got to get that on my calendar!!!

We flew three dozen to Montana for New Year's. They were delicious! The Blue Pools have such great texture and just the right amount of salinity! Everyone was raving!
We ordered some delicious Blue Pools and added the clams and mussels to round out a delightful seafood night...the mussels were HUGE, the clams were sweet and tender. The staff at Hama Hama were super helpful in adding in an oyster knife at last minute, very friendly and easy to order from! Thank you!
My husband and I used to like in Poulsbo and made many a trips to Hama Hama for date days, with friends and family or just for a fun day trip! We moved to Montana and love that we can still enjoy our absolutely favorite oyster farms oysters in the comfort of our home for our anniversary, holidays and just a date day!
