Position Summary:
Reporting to the CFO, the HR Generalist will serve as a critical support function to the shellfish and timber businesses at Hama Hama. You will coordinate a wide range of human resources responsibilities for a team of approximately 50-70 (peak season) including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, safety coordination, and employee relations.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of HR Generalist or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in HR information systems
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to read, write and speak Spanish

Total Rewards:
This is a part time year-round position with an initial on-site requirement (potential one-day per week hybrid schedule after successful onboarding). Expected hours of work are Tuesday - Saturday , 20-29 hours per week during normal business hours. Compensation range $20.00 - $40.00 per hour. Newly hired employees generally start within the range of $20.00 - $30.00 per hour. Position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses.
