The first commercial Hood Canal shrimp season of 2011 is Friday April 29th. We should have some ready to sell that afternoon, say by 3 pm?? We'll be getting more in over the weekend, so we'll have plenty... and maybe even some leftover to ship on Monday. Stay tuned. Yum!
